Designing the Yaelita Collection for Yael Designs
I began designing the Yaelita collection for Yael Designs beginning in 2018. After many discussions with the Yael team, I realized there was an opportunity to access an area of the fine jewelry market if we were to create the most appealing diamond fashion line, targeted to an independent self purchasing woman. The owner of Yael Designs, Yehouda Sakethou provided me with photos from his travels to use as inspiration. After many hours at the drawing board, we developed this collection, and since its release it has been recognized by some of the biggest names in the industry, including JCK, and InStore, as well as IJO. The collection continues to grow, and is now almost 200 pieces.

Introducing the Yaelita Collection
A week before the 2019 JCK Show in Las Vegas, Amy Eliott wrote an article talking about Yaelita collection. This was the year we debuted the line at the show. The article talks about the collaboration between Carolyn Simon Designs and Yael Designs, and the inspiration and story of how this line came to be.

The Complexity of Beauty
From Color-N-Ice Blog, Written by: Diana Jarett
This article talks about this mother of pearl and rubellite ring I collaborated on with Yael designs.
In the words of the author:
"Designers are forever contemplating how to make that next piece that resonates
with their audience.
After all, a memorable piece of Jewelry has a lot going on, yet still has to be in balance...."
